Great service and Bianca was amazing during the process. She would explain every detail to me about how I had to keep my tray clean and how to put on and take off. She made sure I didn't leave with any questions still in my head. Great help.

I will greatly recommend Dr. Lili & Associates office in El Monte. The customer service is beyond my expectations, the front girls are always welcoming every person who walks in the office to explaining every doubt we have about any treatment. I love how Rose is always willing to help no matter how busy she can be, She has a lot of patience and is very kind. Ali also is wonderful in working on my kids braces. To me everyone in this office really enjoys their job.
