This was an excellent place. Everyone was always very friendly and kind to me. Thank you guys! Dr.Song was always friendly to me. Mary, Angie, and Rose were also very nice to me and helpful in setting up my appointments.

The wait isn’t long. They have a Starbucks machine. Staff is very nice.

I am proud to be a patient of Dr Lili dental. They provide a variety of services and are very flexible. I can look up my account online to make payments and appointments. I can also request an appointment at no charge whenever there's an issue to be fixed. I've never waited more than 20 minutes in the waiting room because they have plenty of stations. I like the fact that I can come in early morning or late after work. I have worn my braces for two years now and I'm happy with the progress so far. They worked with my insurance to lower my payments and keep track of my dental clean-ups to ensure my teeth are clean. Lastly, they have customer perks like free coffee and a point reward system. In a few months, I will have a brand new smile thanks to Dr. lili's team.
