i thought it was great the way it was!

I love this office it makes me feel so at home and I'm always attended with such grace and the people there are very nice. I am glad to be attending this place and I have even referred a few of my friends and even family to this place and they enjoyed their visits.

I would like to thank everyone for everything and to help me get this smile I'm no longer ashamed of. I would like to say great job to the staff members of the office in Hawthorne because they treated me with so much care and respect and i believe that that's all the difference in the world. I'm really thankful for the smile i received thanks to the Dr.Lili office staff and everyone else like my parents for getting me here and the dentist that referred me to this wonderful office and staff. With all that said THANK YOU! i love my new smile and from now on i sure wont stop smiling.

i have really applaud the customer service. they were very accommodating in trying to make sure i was seen. they are very sensitive to having discomfort and try to ease the pain and discomfort to the best of their ability. i am very pleased thus far:-)
